Terms of Service
This online store (jfperfumes.com), operated as JF Perfumes by Jerusalem Global LLC, based in Conroe, Texas, USA ("we", "us"), is governed by these Terms. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.
Authenticity
All our products are 100% original and authentic, sourced from authorized distributors and suppliers. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners; Jerusalem Global LLC is not affiliated with them unless stated.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to purchase. We ship only to addresses within the United States.
Products, pricing and errors
- Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
- We make every effort to display products, photos and descriptions accurately. Packaging or bottle design may vary by manufacturer batch.
- If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information, or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund it in full, even after confirmation.
- We may limit quantities or refuse orders, including orders that show signs of fraud.
Shipping and wholesale
Free shipping on retail orders of $70.00 USD or more within the United States. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping; their shipping is quoted separately. See our Shipping Policy.
Final sale
All sales are final. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged or is the wrong item, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, under our Refund & Return Policy; in that case we replace or refund at our discretion. Lost packages are handled through a carrier claim.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment processors. We do not store your full card details.
Product use
Fragrances are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, test first on a small area of skin. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of the product.
Intellectual property
Site content (JF Perfumes text, design and logos) may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The site is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the site is the one in effect.
